County LID Manual
In order to enforce LID, Low Impact Development, the county must have a set of rules to define LID.  The County has developed a Scope of Work that includes creating an LID manual.  They asked for citizen involvement and Hands Across the Lake members meets with Scott Flanigan of the Chesterfield County Environmental Engineering Department to discuss the manual and other watershed issues.
